How Can severe Shoulder Pain Be Treated?

My husbands both shoulders are hurting him something terrible, he is unable to dress himself no matter what he tries nothing is helping. He is unable to lift his arms. He s tried heat ice and different pain meds and nothing helps.. Any ideas what he can try

Hi, I think he is having a muscle sprain. He can take some pain killers and muscle relaxant also. Apply some pain relief ointment over the shoulders. Tell him to give some rest to shoulder. If it doesn't work, then you can go for a xray.
